OXYGEN VPSA GENERATORS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY USED IN A HOST OF APPLICATIONS IN NUMEROUS INDUSTRIES

Oxygen is supplied in many forms depending on the quantity and use location requirements such as: in cylinders, vaporized from cryogenic liquid, or produced onsite or through a pipeline.

There are also different purity grades – 99.5% oxygen is considered high purity and 85% to 95% considered standard purity.

Typical benefits of oxygen use across the application spectrum include: improved end product quality, productivity and consistency lower energy consumption, flue gas losses, NOX, CO and particulate emissions extended furnace campaigns and throughput and improved process economics and environmental impact.

Adsorptech’s VPSA can make oxygen purity between 85% to 95%. You simply dial the purity you want. The higher the purity, the higher the capital and operating costs. The following applications currently use the traditional cost-effective oxygen purity of 90% +/- 3%: water oxygenation, combustion air enrichment, plasma gasification, oxy-fuel combustion, ozone production, smelting, and waste management in the aquaculture, chemicals and petrochemicals, glass, metals primary and secondary, mining and minerals, pulp and paper, waste reduction, wastewater, and water industries.
